These terms apply when you order a copy of Fulfilled AF through fulfilledafbook.com. The book and this site are offered by Plouton Life LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada.
Placing an order means you accept these terms.
This page is about one thing: the book you ordered and getting it to you.
Anything else we give you — digital editions, a reader community, email, any other material — is complimentary. It is not part of what you paid for, it is not charged for, and it is covered by section 4 rather than by the rest of this page.
This book is educational. Nothing in it is personalised investment, tax, legal or insurance advice, and reading it does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship with you.
The author holds professional licences. Where he advises someone in that capacity it happens under a separate written agreement with the relevant licensed entity — never through this book. Decisions about your own money are yours, and we recommend taking advice from a professional who knows your full circumstances.
You are ordering a physical copy of the book. The price you pay, and what it covers, are shown at checkout before you confirm.
We accept your order when we confirm it by email. If we cannot fulfil it, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars.
A promotional code changes the price of the order and nothing else in these terms.
Delivery times and the countries we ship to are stated at checkout. You are responsible for giving us a correct, complete address. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, we will ask you to confirm it before sending it again.
If your order does not arrive, or arrives damaged or incomplete, email us and we will send a replacement or refund you. There is no form to fill in.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, and the courts of Clark County, Nevada have jurisdiction — without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
