This covers fulfilledafbook.com — ordering a copy of Fulfilled AF and what happens to your details afterwards. The controller is Plouton Life LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada. You can reach us at pete@ploutonlife.com.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

This page itself runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. Until you click through to checkout, we do not know you were here.

What we collect, and when

Nothing is collected by browsing this page. Everything below is collected because you placed an order.

Your name and email	To confirm the order, send you the link to your portal, and answer you if something goes wrong.
Your shipping address	To post you the book. This is the only reason we hold it.
Your phone number	Collected at checkout for delivery problems. We do not cold-call you.
Order record — amount, date, Stripe reference	To grant your access, support you afterwards, and keep the accounts.
Payment details	Handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never reaches us.

Why we are allowed to

To perform our contract with you — posting the book and giving you the access that came with it.
Your consent — updates and marketing email. Withdraw it any time with the unsubscribe link in any such email.
Legal obligation — tax and accounting records.
Our legitimate interests — preventing fraudulent orders.

Who else processes it

This list is short on purpose, and it is complete.

Stripe	Takes the payment and collects your shipping address. Stripe handles your card directly.
Vercel	Hosts this page.
Supabase	Stores your order and your portal account.
Resend	Sends your order confirmation and portal link.
GoHighLevel	Our CRM, so we can keep track of your order and send updates you asked for.
Skool	Hosts our online reader community, if you choose to join it.
A print and fulfilment partner	Receives your name and address only, in order to post the book.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Our providers store data in the United States. If you are in the UK or EEA, your information is transferred there under Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Shipping address — deleted 12 months after your order ships. We have no reason to keep it longer.
Order and tax records — seven years, because we are required to keep them.
Your portal account — while it is open. See the portal privacy policy.
Marketing contact — until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Wherever you live, we will honour these:

See it — ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
Correct it — especially useful if your address is wrong.
Delete it — ask us to erase your details.
Take it with you — ask for it in a portable format.
Object or restrict — tell us to stop a particular use.
Unsubscribe — the link in any update email, at any time.

Email pete@ploutonlife.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your data protection authority.

Email you receive from us

About your order — the confirmation, the portal link, shipping news. These are how you receive what you paid for, so they are not something you can unsubscribe from while the order is live.
Everything else — every one carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Cookies

This page sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request in order to serve the font. Stripe sets its own cookies once you reach checkout, for fraud prevention — see Stripe's privacy policy.

Children

This is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Order data sits behind row-level access controls, and card details never reach our systems at all. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your personal information, we will tell you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this in a way that matters, we will say so here and, where we hold your address, by email. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
